Tuition Reimbursement Program

First Data Corporation strongly supports the pursuit of higher education by its employees. To assist in this effort, the company provides financial assistance to eligible employees (upon one year of employment) who enroll in undergraduate or graduate level courses.  Refer to the Tuition Reimbursement Policy for a complete listing of eligibility restrictions.

First Data has partnered with Edcor to provide online administration of the company's tuition reimbursement program.

You enroll through the Edcor Web site. Your user ID is your employee ID and your initial password is your date of birth formatted as MMDDYYYY. The Web site offers services that simplify the way you manage your tuition assistance. One of the most exciting services is the "one-stop-shop," which allows you to easily manage your entire tuition reimbursement process electronically. Once logged on, various links will direct you through the application and reimbursement process.
