Health Advocate is a no cost phone service staffed by health care professionals who know the ins and outs of the health care industry. Their sole purpose is to assist you with confidential personal support when you encounter a health care or health insurance-related question. They will be available to assist employees, spouses, domestic partners, children, parents and even your spouse's parents.

Health Advocate Can Assist by:

• Helping you to better understand your illness, test results or treatment recommendations
• Scheduling appointments, including hard-to-reach specialist
• Sorting out claims and billing questions and payment arrangements
• Assisting in the transfer of medical records, X-rays and lab results
• Locating and researching all current treatments for a medical condition
• Navigating within an insurance company to help obtain approval for needed services
