Employee Assistance Program

Word to the Wise: Your psychological well-being is essential to overall good health. Take advantage of EAP services to address problems that are causing stress and anxiety in your life or the lives of your covered dependents.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

You can get help with a variety of personal problems and work-life issues through the EAP. You don't need to enroll in the EAP. All regular First Data employees and their eligible dependents are automatically covered under the plan, and the cost is paid in full by First Data.

Talk with EAP counselors 24 / 7

You can talk with a qualified EAP counselor any time by calling 888.825.3509. The counselor will listen, assess and refer you to the best resource for help. You can contact the EAP as often as you would like. All information shared between you and your counselor, as well as the counselor's recommendations to you, is held in strict confidence.

Make in-person visits -

You also may schedule an appointment to see a counselor. You and each eligible dependent may make up to eight in-person counseling visits each year at no cost. You pay for any additional visits.
