Travel Assistance Services for World-Wide Company Travel
Emergency travel assistance is available to all employees traveling on company business.
There's help for everything from figuring out what immunizations you'll need before you leave, to helping you tack down lost luggage during the trip.

Travel Assistance Services are for medical and non-medical assistance, while traveling on business 100  miles or more away from home or your permanent place of assignment.

AIG Travel Assistance Services helps with:

  • Pre-departure services such as immunization requirements, passport and visa requirements, weather and travel hazards
  • Lost baggage/passport 
  • Insurance coordination
  • Evacuation and Repatriation such as coordinating emergency medical evacuation
  • Travel medical emergency services such as helping to obtain local medical care, and monitoring the quality and cost of hospital treatment
  • Legal assistance such as arranging help from local attorneys, embassies and consulates
  • Emergency cash
  • Travel agency services

AIG International Services also provides general assistance for international travel including translation and communication services during emergencies and advice if it becomes necessary to contact or use the services of a consulate or other government agency.
